RESEP BIKIN PEMPEK PANGGANG/ PEMPEK TUNU ASLI PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN

BAHAN PEMPEK :

500 gram ikan tenggiri giling
275 ml air
3½ sendok teh garam
4 sendok teh gula pasir
1 sendok makan minyak goreng
2 putih telur
225 gram tepung sagu

BAHAN ISI :

100 gram ebi, disangrai, dihaluskan
100 gram cabai rawit hijau, dihaluskan
100 ml kecap manis
