RESEP PEMPEK KULIT PALEMBANG ASLI

Bahan :

1 kg daging ikan tengiri, hancurkan dengan blender
250 gr kulit ikan tengiri, cuci bersih, blender sampai halus
1/2 sdt soda kue
25 ml air es
500 gr tepung kanji
100 gr tepung terigu
2 sdt garam
1 sdt penyedap rasa
minyak goreng secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT PEMPEK KULIT KHAS PALEMBANG :

Campurkan kulit ikan, daging ikan, tepung kanji, terigu dan air es.
