RESEP MASAKAN TUMIS/ OSENG-OSENG DAUN PAKIS/ PAKU BUNGA PEPAYA

Bahan dan Bumbu :

2 ikat daun pakis
150 gram bunga pepaya
100 gram daun pepaya
½ sdt garam
150 gram ikan tongkol
1 sdt air jeruk nipis
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
1 batang serai, belah dua, simpul
3 lembar daun jeruk
½ lembar daun kunyit
1 sdt garam
¼ sdt kaldu instant

Haluskan :

4 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
10 buah
