RESEP TEMPOYAK IKAN PATIN

Bahan dan Bumbu :

1 kg ikan patin, bersihkan, potong-potong
150 gr tempoyak
1 batang serai, memarkan
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
800 ml air
gula pasir secukupnya
garam secukupnya
penyedap secukupnya

Haluskan:

5 buah cabai merah
10 buah cabe rawit
3 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe

CARA MEMBUAT TEMPOYAK IKAN PATIN :

Masak air bersama tempoyak, bumbu halus, serai dan lengkuas
