RESEP ES SHANGHAI

Bahan :

250 gram kolang-kaling
250 gram cincau hitam
2 buah alpukat, potong-potong
2 buah kelapa muda, keruk
½ buah nanas, potong-potong

Sirup :

500 gram gula pasir
300 ml air kelapa
3 lembar daun pandan

Penyajian :

susu kental manis putih
sirup coco pandan
es serut

CARA MEMBUAT ES SHANGHAI :

Masak bahan sirup dengan api sedang hingga gula larut. angkat dan saring.
