RESEP WAJIK KETAN

Bahan :

½ kg beras ketan putih, rendam 2 jam, tiriskan
300 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
225 gram gula merah
2 sdm gula pasir
4 lembar daun pandan
½ sdt garam

CARA MEMBUAT KUE WAJIK KETAN :

Kukus beras ketan hingga 30 menit.
Masak santan, daun pandan, gula merah, garam. Angkat dan saring. Campurkan gula pasir dan ketan, aduk rata sampai berminyak hingga ketan matang dan
