Bahan:
700 gram jahe, dibakar, dikupas, dimemarkan
5.200 ml air 
4 sendok makan susu kental manis
120 gram gula merah 
700 gram gula pasir 
14 butir kapulaga 
3 batang (5 cm) kayu manis 
14 butir cengkih 

Cara membuat:
  1. Rebus air, jahe, kayu manis, cengkeh, kapulaga, gula pasir, gula merah. Masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih dan biarkan mendidih selama menit.
  2. Angkat wedang jahe, kemudian disaring. Tambahkan susu kental manis. Aduk rata.
