Bahan-bahan:
250 gr oncom, bakar, tumbuk kasar
600 gr nasi panas
Daun pisang secukupnya

Bumbu:
2 butir bawang merah, bakar
2 siung bawang putih, bakar
4 cm kencur
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt gula pasir

Cara membuat:
1. Haluskan bumbu, tambahkan oncom, aduk rata. Campur ke nasi dengan cara ditumbuk pelan hingga tercampur rata.
2. Bungkus nasi tutug dengan daun pisang, sajikan dengan lauk
