Bahan:
50 gram ubi, kupas
25 gram bayam, cincang halus.
100 ml ASI atau 2 sendok takar susu formula dilarutkan dalam 100 ml air.

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus ubi  hingga hampir matang.
2. Masukkan bayam, masak hingga bahan matang. Angkat.
3. Haluskan ubi dan bayam, tambahkan susu, aduk rata. Sajikan dingin.

untuk 2 porsi

Energi : 108 kalori
Protein : 3 gram
Lemak : 4 gram
Karbohidrat : 17 gram
